Has it been a week???!!

Has it been a week since I posted?  OMG!  Well overall it has been a good week with last night being a pizza night.  So that is my worst offense in a whole week…not too shabby.  Exercised a little less than usual only managed to get 4 days in, but better than nothing!  I am still motivated and positive…this is pretty good for me!  I keep visualizing myself in slimer clothes and feeling great.  It has helped keep any cravings at bay.  So week 2 just about down!!!  YAY!!

TIRED!

Well I did have a little mess up today…ate some of my daughters frozen pizza.  I was tired and hungry.  It was very small and other than that I have been pretty darn good this week.  Not only have I stayed within my calorie range I have followed South Beach and worked out. Not to mention the pizza did not even put me over in calories.  I really have not had any cravings or major withdrawls….it has been pretty easy…whew!  4 days down!

Day 1

Workout done this morning…kinda one of those days ….started out with my David Kirsch video and it started skipping and then would not run at all.  So…..I hopped on my elliptical and finished, but was only able to get about 25 min in before some bolts needed to be tightened.  UGH!!!  So all in all about 50 minutes in  although barely.  Really gonna try to low carb it for the next 2 weeks just to ween myself from some of my “vices”.  Lets see how that goes.  Thanks for the encouragement !!!

So I can no longer blame the extra 25 or so pounds on having a baby…as my baby is now 4!  So I am here to finally succeed.  Looking for support of others like myself.  No more struggles, no more self hate, no more giving up.  I am ready for a new start.  READY, SET, GOOOOOOOOOOO!
